- Assessment & Assignment: Our experienced team conducts a thorough assessment of your needs, ensuring a personalised match with one of our trained support workers who best suits your requirements. We collaborate closely with you at every step, confirming schedules, preferences and plans to ensure your satisfaction.
- First Visit from Your Support Worker: Your chosen support worker will then pay you a visit to commence providing assistance based on your specific needs. They’ll work closely with you, prioritising your comfort and well-being throughout the process.
- Review: After four weeks, we conduct a formal feedback review to ensure your needs are being met. During this review, we check in with both you and your support worker to address any adjustments needed and ensure you are getting the best care. We then schedule future reviews throughout the year.
